Mr. Fred Mohrmann, CCM, is the Director of Construction Management & Special Inspections for A. G. Consulting Engineering, PC. Fred’s major focus is on the day-to-day operations of the Construction Division, as well as the pursuit of opportunities throughout the Northeast.

A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) with over 30 years of progressive managerial and construction experience, he has steadily risen through the ranks, beginning his career as a tradesman in his family business. After attaining his Mechanical Engineering degree, Fred continued to advance in the construction industry as an on-site field engineer and gained more experience and responsibility as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Construction Manager and Owner’s Representative for various large NYC based firms such as Parsons Brinckerhoff, O’Brien Kreitzberg, URS and HDR.

He has a proven ability to direct construction projects within diverse sectors – including both public and private, commercial, industrial, research facilities, cultural, K-12 and higher education. Highly experienced in Project Controls and information management he is skilled in the development of project schedules, resource allocation, progress monitoring and updates. He is a consummate professional focused on client relationships/retention and a strategic planner who is results oriented.

Prior to joining AG, Fred was the Director of Construction Management Services at HDR wherein he oversaw projects for clients such as the US Department of Energy, NYS DOT, NYC DOT, NYC EDC, NYC DDC, LIRR, MTA, Town of Warwick, North Shore Towers and the New York & Atlantic Railway.

Fred received his B.S.M.E from the New York Institute of Technology in Old Westbury and has been a Certified Construction Manager since 2007. Fred is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Introduction to Construction Management at Pratt University in NYC.
