The electrical service to 64 buildings was upgraded. The scope of work included upgraded electrical service, new feeder risers, new meters in each apartment (144 apt. in each building) and new panels. The project also included design to comply with local law 16/84 of New York City which is related to emergency lighting and exit lighting.
