This facility is recognized as a historical landmark building by the National Register of Historic places. AG was responsible for comprehensive mechanical, electrical, plumbing design services. This included upgrading the existing HVAC and plumbing systems, upgrading electrical service, lighting systems, fire alarm and security systems. Since this facility is a historical landmark, there were many design challenges such as coordination with approved locations for the installation of intake and exhaust louvers in the façade of the building.
