A.G. Consulting is contracted to design ten similar 12-bed residential living units and a program building for the Queens College Hillside Campus. The new 120-bed facility will be provided for the mentally retarded and developmentally disabled consumers at the Bernard Fineson DC Campus. Each residential building will be an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). The site requires new utilities parking, roads and landscaping to support the buildings on the 12.25 acres of land that is currently occupied by an empty ball field and two vacant buildings. AG is providing mechanical engineering services for this project.
