A.G. Consulting provided Construction Management services for renovation fo the Thomas Edison laboratories. The scope of work included replacing the water drainage system and associated site work, campus-wide HVAC and power distribution system, and campus-wide fire suppression/detection system. In addition, A.G. selected exterior restoration and repair of historic buildings, renovated historic building’s interior including partitions, doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting, power and finishes. AG selected interior restoration and repairs at historic buildings. Other responsibilities included: addition to historic building to accommodate egress stair and hydraulic elevator, relocation and temporary controlled storage of Edison phonographs, & construction of artifact storage room within historic building.
