A.G. Consulting provided Construction Management services for general building renovation, environmental cleanup, and utility work at Ellis Island. Utility work included the removal of existing utility piping in the connecting corridors and the installation of new domestic and fire protection water, electrical, steam and condensate return piping and sanitary waste lines in those corridors. Building renovation work included removals, repair and replacement of electrical/mechanical equipment, roofing materials, gutters and downspouts, roof and miscellaneous structural repairs and selective masonry re-pointing. The environmental work included the removal of debris, asbestos-containing materials, pigeon guano, bulky wastes, chipping and flaking paint, and the general cleaning of the building interiors.
