A.G. Consulting provided the mechanical, plumbing, fire protection design and construction phase services for this new $45M, 7-story school in Queens, NY. Due to space constraints, the mechanical equipment was placed in a 2-story mechanical penthouse. AG's design services also included emergency generator, fire alarm system, electrical distribution and power control, lighting, security, telephone, telecommunications and intercom systems.
