A.G. Consulting provided comprehensive mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for a 7-story apartment building in Manhattan. The building consisted of 6 apartments per floor with extensive ground floor commercial space. The building MEP systems were completely gutted and AG provided a new boiler, new electrical lighting, power, HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire protection systems for the residential areas. New separate MEP systems were provided for the commercial area on the ground floor.
