A.G. Consulting was responsible for MEP design of this award winning station rehabilitation project for New York City Transit. Specifically, the tasks included station lighting, power, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems. AG provided power and new lighting for the IND & IRT platforms and mezzanine floors, Victor Moore Building, new bus depot, transit and non-transit areas. This also included upgrading of three Con-Ed electrical services and providing new electrical service rooms.

As part of the Green Building Design effort, 2 sets of photo-voltaic electrical panels were designed on the roof of the IRT Platforms and on the roof of the bus depot. DC power generated was transformed to AC and fed into a power distribution system.
