The Schwartz residence is a duplex penthouse apartment in Manhattan was expanded into roof area to allow the space to serve as a residence for Mr. Schwartz and his wife, a photography studio for Mr. Schwartz and arts studio for Mrs. Schwartz, a professional painter. AG designed a climate controller vault which was used to store Mrs. Schwartz’s film negatives as both photographer and a collect of rare films close temperature and humidity control in the vault was essential. A.G. Consulting provided the HVAC design to this facility. and coordinated the work with the architect and sub-contractors.
