A.G. Consulting provided the MEP engineering services for a tenant fit-out of 12,000 sq. ft. of office space located on the 87th floor of One World Trade Center. The most challenging aspect of the project came when the tenant unexpectedly requested to move into the space six weeks ahead of the originally scheduled date. AG adjusted accordingly and accelerated the progress of its design documents and coordinated the work with the architect and sub-contractors. The project was completed on the revised scheduled date and the tenant was happily able to move in at their requested time. STV Inc., was the architect of this project.
