AG has extensive experience designing energy conservation systems, developing energy audits and studies, and conceiving, directing and implementing energy conservation programs. Maximizing thermal efficiency of the building envelope while considering the interaction of HVAC, lighting and control systems are essential. Daylight is utilized to reduce electrical demand. Energy efficient lighting, motors and equipment are utilized, and mechanical systems are “right sized” to avoid higher first costs. AG has completed 20 new chiller projects wherein NYSTERDA rebates were received for our clients.
